ABOUT US

Honolulu Bible Church was founded in 1956, we are located in Palolo valley. The purpose and mission of Honolulu Bible Church is threefold; to be in relation to God, itself, and to the world.

  • Firstly, in our relation to God, we strive to give glory to the One who created the church through Christ (Ephesians 1:5-6; 11-14; 3:21).

  • In relation to ourselves, we aim to instruct believers in the Word of God for the purpose of edification, purification, and training up leaders (Ephesians 4:11-16; 5:25-27; II Peter 3:18).
  • Lastly, in our relation to the world we labor to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19, 20; Mark 16:15; Luke 24:46-48; John 20:21; Acts 1:8).

The London Baptist Confession of Faith of 1689 serves as our confession of faith.

  Pastor Billy is our head pastor, bringing over 20 years of ministry experience and a deep passion for teaching the Word of God. His journey began when he felt called to serve God, leading him to earn a Pastoral degree from Moody Bible School, where he cultivated his love for outreach and discipleship. Pastor Guy is our teaching pastor, bringing over 40 years of ministry experience and a deep passion for teaching the Word of God. Pastor Guy leads Bible studies, helping the congregation dive deeper into Scripture, and occasionally preaches, sharing his wisdom and insight from decades of faithful ministry.
